I feel loose… and spacious. A little tired, but good.
Audrey (my wonderful virtual assistant in the Philippines) and I have been wrapping up the StoryJoules group coaching work, and it feels right.
While I was in Argentina, Audrey gained two new clients. I can let go of my guilt about stopping something that was supporting someone else’s livelihood.
Things are working out.
My animal is telling me it’s tired, more tired than I thought when I wrote that line at the top.
It feels as if something that has been tight for a long time is unspooling, and I want to be horizontal to support that process.
I’ve never taken a nap before noon unless I was sick, but I’m going to go lie down and see what happens. (The answer is: I didn’t sleep in the morning but I slept for two hours that afternoon and another eight that evening.)
Chewing the Cud of Good

Thankful for my animal, and this neon bear who likes ice cream.
