Refund and Returns Policy

Not happy?

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, whatever the reason, within 30 days of purchase please email [email protected] and let me know what’s wrong. Then we can work together to figure out how to make it right.

For example, maybe a book you ordered was damaged in shipping. I’ll send you a replacement. Or maybe after you saw the book, you didn’t like it. You’ll return it for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, your book must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Send returns to: Poppyseed House, 900 Adams Crossing, Suite 7502, Cincinnati, OH 45202. I wish I could cover the cost of return shipping but I can’t. My profit on each book is about a buck and that’s not enough for a generous shipping policy.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.
